GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS

1. MINIMUM ORDER: 350,00 € net.
2. SHIPPING CONDITIONS: EXW – Ex Our Work, or alternatively free delivered additional transport cost in the invoice.
3. TRANSPORT: the goods travel at the receiver’s risk. In events of damage, theft, tampering, missing during transport, the receiver will have to contact directly the forwarding agent.
4. VAT: all the prices stated in the price list are to be intended gross, excluding VAT.
5. PAYMENTS: to be agreed.
6. PACKAGING: standard packaging is free of charge. Special packaging requested will be invoiced.
7. COMPLAINTS: accepted only written within 8 days from goods receipt.
8. GOODS RETURN: any returns have to be authorized by the company Pocatino. Return goods will be accepted only free delivered Pocatino warehouse in Omegna without transport charge.
9. PLACE OF JURISDICTION: is recognized by the Court of Verbania.

In case of inside technical request, the company reserves the right to modify this catalogue (shapes, sizes, colors, etc.) without prior notice.

OFFICINA POCATINO SNC RECOMMENDS THE END USER TO WASH ALL THE ARTICLES CAREFULLY WITH WATER AND GENTLY NEUTRAL SOAP BEFORE USE (EXCEPT FOR ART. P-378 AND P-384)

ALL THE ARTICLES ARE CERTIFIED FOR FOOD CONTACT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ART. P-378 AND P-384.
